Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Please note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return postage cost, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The quickest way to make an exchange is to return the item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers within the European Union:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without needing to provide a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, original packaging.
  • Customer pays return postage unless item is faulty/wrong.
  • Refund is processed after you receive and inspect the item.
  • Original standard shipping may be refunded where legally required.
  • If item comes back worn, stained, damaged, smelling of perfume/smoke, or tags removed, refund can be refused or reduced.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
